Jennifer Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Christian University in 2003 and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2016. She currently holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and works in private practice at the offices of Wholehearted Counseling.
Jennifer works with adults and families across the lifespan. She specializes in families, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, spirituality, grief, and provides trauma-informed care. She is also Level I certified in Restoration Therapy, a highly successful treatment with individuals to work through their pain and relational struggles. This model of therapy teaches awareness and emotional regulation to promote healing and new patterns of behavior for wholehearted living and healthy relationships.
Jennifer has been married since 2002 to her husband, Matt. They have two teenagers and enjoy spending time together camping, traveling, visiting with friends and family, and actively volunteering for their church. Jennifer also enjoys reading and has a great love for music.
